Syncing Raisely communications to Salesforce
Communications sent from Raisely — such as receipts, automated emails, and supporter communications — are not captured by the MoveData integration and therefore not synced to Salesforce.
Why this isn't synced#
This is a limitation on the Raisely side rather than a MoveData configuration option. Raisely's webhooks don't emit events for these communications, so there's no signal for the integration to pick up and pass through to Salesforce. Because the events aren't made available, there's no way for MoveData to capture or log them against your records.
If Raisely expands its webhook coverage to include communication events in future, this is something MoveData would be able to revisit. For now, MoveData syncs the data types exposed by Raisely's webhooks — such as donations, profiles, and campaign data — into Salesforce.
