Forgetting a person in Raisely
Raisely includes a "forget this person" feature that erases a person's personal information to comply with GDPR "Right to be Forgotten" requests. This action is not synced to Salesforce by MoveData.

Why this action is not integrated#
When you forget a person in Raisely, Raisely does not fire a webhook event to notify external systems. Because MoveData relies on Raisely webhooks to trigger processing, there is no mechanism for MoveData to detect that a person has been forgotten or to perform an equivalent action in Salesforce.
What to do after forgetting someone in Raisely#
After you forget a person in Raisely, you need to manually update the corresponding record in Salesforce. Depending on your organisation's data retention policies, this may involve:
- Deleting the Contact or Person Account record.
- Clearing personal fields (name, email, phone, address) while retaining anonymised transaction history.
- Following your organisation's established GDPR or privacy compliance process.
MoveData does not automate any of these actions.
