From time to time when you submit a support ticket to MoveData we may require access to your Salesforce Org. This is to review your request comprehensively and respond or resolve. In order to provide access you must do the following:
Open Salesforce and click your avatar from the top right hand corner
Click
Settings
Click
My Personal Information
βGrant Account Login Access
Grant access to
MoveData.io Support
(typically for1 Week
or1 Month
)
Please inform MoveData you have performed the above steps, as Salesforce does not otherwise issue a notification that access has been provided.
If MoveData.io Support
does not appear as a party to grant login access to, please reply as such on your ticket and we will suggest alternate approaches. This is only relevant to older installations of MoveData which do not have this feature.
