In this case you need to:

  • Copy md_npsp_pack__Platform_Key__c value from the duplicate record

  • Delete md_npsp_pack__Platform_Key__c value from the duplicate record

  • Assign md_npsp_pack__Platform_Key__c value to the original record

  • Delete the duplicate record
