Raising a Ticket

If you require technical support, please submit a ticket at https://www.movedata.io/support.

Granting Access to MoveData Support

If you have installed a recent version of MoveData, you will be able to grant access to MoveData Support to be able to access your Salesforce instance.
This can be achieved by following the below instructions:
  1. 1.
    From your personal settings, enter Login Access in the Quick Find box, then select the option to grant login access to `MoveData.io Support`.
  2. 2.
    Set the access expiration date by choosing a value from the picklist.
  3. 3.
    Click Save
  4. 4.
    Get the current Organisation ID.

      Navigate to Setup --> Company Profile --> Company Information
    2. 2.
      Note the Organization ID value.
  5. 5.
    Communicate with MoveData that you have granted access including the Organisation ID.
