MoveData facilitates a process to set up new customers (more information here).

At the conclusion of this process, your account manager will provide a handover pack which explains:

  • How your integration works

  • The nature of any customisations made by MoveData to your integration

  • Instructions on how you can implement further changes to your integration in the future

From this point in time onward, MoveData staff are no longer available to make customisations to your integration. This is because MoveData is not a consultancy, and is focussed on delivering new integrations, features and enhancements to the benefit of all customers.

Should you require changes to your business rules in the future, you (or your Salesforce Administrator / Partner) can learn how to make changes yourself through this knowledge base. If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can raise a support ticket using the chat icon at the bottom of the page. We will reply with detailed advice and resources on how to implement what you are seeking, but fundamentally will not be "hands on" to do this for you.
