Payment Options for your MoveData Subscription

Your MoveData subscription can be paid on a monthly or annual basis.

  • If you elect to pay monthly, your payment must be made via either card payment or direct debit

  • If you elect to pay annually, your payment can also be made via bank transfer

The default billing frequency is monthly. Please submit a ticket if you would like to change your subscription frequency.

If you elect to pay annually, and you wish to cancel your MoveData subscription, the prorated amount for any months remaining will be refunded to your bank account.

Set Up Automatic Payments

When you receive your invoice there will be a link to view and pay online. Click the link and notice a Set up Auto Pay link in the top right hand side:

Automatic Payments via Credit or Debit Card

Enter your card details and ensure you select Set up Auto pay and pay future invoices automatically on their due dates before making payment.

Your card information will be stored on file (via Stripe - link to security at Stripe) and charged when your next invoice becomes due.

Automatic Payments via Direct Debit

Click the Direct Debit button at the bottom of the interface which appears when you click Set up Auto Pay. You can then follow the prompts to set up a direct debit (via GoCardless - link to security at GoCardless).

Manage Automatic Payments

If you need to manage automatic payments, open any invoice and click the Manage Auto Pay button.
