MoveData completes a thorough internal review process when implementing your integration(s). The outcome of this review process is a handover document which contains links to example records and demonstrates the functionality you have requested behaving as intended. This is not a substitute for your own review but should make your own review process easier to complete.
Important Notes
The integration will only process records from the point in time it was enabled in your environment onwards. Thus, if you are searching for records which were created before the integration was enabled in that environment, they will not be present. This is expected behaviour.
βDue to the nature of software development, the integration may have processed records into your environment under various "states" of development. For example, if Record A was processed into Salesforce on Day 1, and Feature XYZ was developed on Day 2, and Record B was processed into Salesforce on Day 3 - then Record A will not contain Feature XYZ whereas Record B will. As such, we recommend conducting your review only against records created from the handover date onward as these will accurately reflect the "end" functionality.
Therefore we recommend creating your own records "from scratch" when carrying out review against your MoveData integration(s). You can view a list of all records produced by MoveData by opening MoveData via App Launcher β MoveData β Notifications.
If you must review against "older" records already created by MoveData, we recommend deleting those records in question out of your environment and reprocessing the notification which created those records in MoveData.
